History

X'rinh was born in the Lynx tribal lands of Gyr Abanaia. However he wouldn't remain long, as he was the son of a Tia, not a Nunh. X'rinh's parents fled in the night and took refuge in a near by group of exiles and refugees. It was there that he grew up. A few year's after arriving, his parents would welcome his baby sister X'vera.The little X'rinh instantly loved his sister and even at such a young age he swore to protect her.As he grew older, he saw himself becoming just like his father. Someone who protected their "tribe" as he thought of it. He learned to fight, to heal, anything to help better the group he had grown up with and protect his family. The threat of Garlean oppression was always looming. It was well as it could be until the Calamity struck when he was but 20 years old.
X'vera went missing in the aftermath and X'rinh constantly blamed himself for it because he could have gone with her, she even asked, but he was to train with his father that day and she bid him good training before she left, not to be seen again for many years. He spent all the time she was gone looking for traces of her to be found. The only thing he ever found was a bracelet down on the river banks leading outward past Gyr Abanaia.It would take the Eorzea Alliance efforts to push back and take Baelsar's wall for him to begin the search for his sister yet again. He ventured forth and quickly learned that there was a large population of Gyr Abanian refugess in Ul'dah, a lot from the X and M tribes as well. He took what coin they had saved and he ventured for to the great city state for the first time.It took him a while to find her, but he did. As she recounted the tale of what happened he grew angry. Angry at himself most of all. Since then he's been training, perhaps too much, in hopes it will never happen again.
